All that is required is your $10.00 U.S. shipping and handling payment per pair to cover the administration, materials, shipping, and labor necessary to provide you with this service.

Log in to your account. (Click on the person icon at the upper right-hand side.)
Look up your purchase order via your order number, select your order, and click ‘Contact Us.’ From the dropdown menu, select ‘Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.’
Fill in your order number.
Upload a photo of the damaged glasses. Confirm/update your shipping address.
Click on the payment link for the shipping
and handing fee.
Your new sunglasses will be sent to you!
If your style of sunglasses is no longer available, we will replace them with the closest style of equal or greater value.
To return your sunglasses via mail:
Enclose a $10 U.S. check or money order for
each pair of Vitality Eyewear sunglasses being returned. Please make your check or money order payable to Vitality Eyewear.
Do not send cash.
Package your sunglasses in a padded envelope.
Do not send the case.
Enclose a card or paper with your name, address, phone number, and email address.
